"I love the theme of this years way making and even though I wasn't able to join live and started this after the new year, my soul was following the process in more ways than I can express. I feel lucky and grateful to be able to share my ingredients into the group pot today and wish to include my seven ingredients, some of which have already been mentioned but it felt important for me to share and mention them all together here: patience, joy, gratitude, rest, creativity, acceptance, freedom. As I wrote these I saw how they connect and often feed and support each other, just like in a soup where one ingredient may be more recessed but yet bring out the flavor of another. Loving gratitude to Masami and Chris for this beautiful ceremony that I look forward to every year and if I had an eighth ingredient it would probably be this ceremony! Many blessings!"

"Wow...what can I say. This is the 1st Way-Making I was not able to join live & I felt really sorry & sad about that. I felt like somehow I would lose some of the essence of this beautiful & subtly powerful Way-Making way of transitioning from what I was leaving behind & what I was walking forward with into this New Year of 2024. I also thought I would somehow not be fully part of or integrated into this beautiful community by not participating live. I was so wrong about that. I lost nothing & found so much more than I could have possibly imagined. .....I found the essence of me again. I found the spirit of life sparking up in me again . I found the joy of connecting with everyone here. I found such emotion of beauty, love, appreciation, relief being released through tears running down my face as Chris went through the list of ingredients and as Beautiful Masami was adding the delicious, heart warming & heart expanding ingredients to the big cooking pot ..... such rich & nourishing ingredients that feeds my spirit & soul. Such a big exhale of pure relief & letting go went with it for me. Such an expansion of universal love & connection entered my heart in a way that I haven't felt before. ..... 'You don't belong to just you' spoke volumes to me.

I absolutely love being part of this community that Masami & Chris have attracted & created. There is such deep sincerity & love & acceptance & purity of spirit like no where else. (I wish we could take this essence & spread it more widely around our troubled & hurting world).

This space is a place where we all see & hear each other (you can feel that even when listening to the recordings) .

I love how Chris sets the stage by opening & closing with the 7 invocations ......& by adding movement to these invocations this time , there was such a beautiful flow & dance & rhythm & melody to the depth of his words. ..... 'We are honouring the web of Grace & the fabric of life in the Cosmos that is connecting everything together'. (It invoked the vision of our fascia, the jelly like network (web) under our skin that connects our past with our nows & holds all our memories). Through my movements I could feel the essence of this in my body (I use to just listen to the words but now I feel the essence of these words in the deepest depths of my body & soul). I am you & you are me....there cannot be any separation as that does not work....and I have done years of that ! That being said I still love time for solitude & alone time too (my me time :).

God Bless you Dear Beautiful Masami & calming, grounding , wonderful Chris.

You are both such incredible beings & have made such a huge difference to my world (in terms of both breath & value & so much more ) . I thank you . I thank you. I thank you....from the depths of my heart.

I love how I evolve through my connection with both of you & this wonderful open hearted community through every programme I do with you and this sacred ritual of Way-Making.

This years Way-Making has such a pure expansive spirit of energy to it. There was much lightness & fun & spark & delight to the ritual that takes us into this year.(there was a feeling of being held) ..... And Chris .....I love the story of since time began. It literally became my bed time story for a good few nights & gave me so much comfort .

I will be keeping the list of ingredients on my bathroom mirror to keep my fire stoked and to remind myself every morning & every night about attending to my soul fire which also keeps me connected to all of you & to me & to the bigger picture.

Here's to attending to our Soul fire throughout the year.

Much much Love & immense blessings & huge appreciation."

"This was my first waymaking, I've watched it now twice.

Chris started with a spark and fire, then it grew and expanded and widened and went beyond and beyond to the galactic realms, what an introduction, how can you feel small after that, set the stage.

Masami's then took us back to our inner "galaxy" with chakras.

So many facets, so many ways to explore and attune, will keep me busy all year.

I also love that we are putting our ingredients for to cook, positive and forward thinking.

Aspirational. Intentional.

Thank you so much."

"I am so glad I was guided to join in on this event ... So many gifts and insights were brought up to gently move me into the new year.

I loved the combination of information and therapies that Masami and Chris shared – from moving, dance, breath, massage, music, imagery and reflection, mixed in with a fun combination of interaction and q&a. I feel so blessed to be a part of this WayMaking Class and the great followup sessions too, along with their other - myBreatheInc.com - classes.

Thank You so much Chris & Masami!

May all be blessed!"

"A powerful way to reflect on moving into a new year by reviewing the qualities you want to bring in and bring lasting change. I really enjoyed the processes. Thank you so much Masami and Chris."

"WOW!! What an amazing and incredible space you've held for us all!!

It felt really good to be in your presence ~ all of you ~ although I attended via recordings only, I definitely felt the energy and integration. The power of all of you. The setting was beautiful, very well planned, and attention paid, and their authenticity came through perfectly.

What touched me was when they sang This Little Light of Mine. Chris's beautiful voice, and then Masami's beautiful voice coming in, really warmed my heart. I had not heard this song in many years, well since childhood. My paternal grandmother would sing it to us, and I have a whole new vision for what she was imparting ~ her love through her words and a reminder that we are all light. I will continue to sing this song as I walk the trails through the woods by the river near my home. It's such a simple tune, Lovely and Powerful.

After completing this last video this morning ~ which includes the full list of the 7 Ingredients, I am excited to print and have a copy to glance at and be with. This is such a gift! I thank you all for putting your words and intentions in. I will also practice using the guidance that Chris shared, of the 7 Graces, as my daily practice before meditation. And whenever I set space for connecting with others. This, and all of your programs, have really nourished my soul."

Thank you so much for your wisdom and guidance as always, Masami and Chris! 2023 was such a doozy. it's hard to keep everything straight, acknowledge every milestone, and look at it objectively as a gift of the past with which to craft my future. I'm thankful for this Waymaking ceremony every year, though it's only my second time, especially this one! The movements you shared have been especially wonderful to incorporate into my life. Who knew twisting your ears could bring such relief??

I'm immensely grateful to you for every email, every video, every program you've taken us through in 2023, culminating in this beautiful Waymaking process. What a gift and a blessing you have been! I hope to incorporate this practice into my New Year's rituals every year, for as you said, rituals are important! Thank you, best wishes for the upcoming Lunar New Year, and cheers to a lovely, fantastic, magical, peaceful, WONDERFUL 2024!

"This was exactly the best right medicine for this day -- Feb 10, 2024, Lunar New Year. Even as a recording/replay it is as potent and heart-full as any live gathering I've been to, in the Olden Days, before the pandemic.

I am finally ready to greet, meet, and engage with the new year. Thank You, and the community, for this blessing -- may it wash back over you as well."

"I thoroughly enjoyed Waymaking 2023. It was informative, experiential and fun. It helped me bring more clarity to what was complete for 2023 and what I am bringing into 2024. Great questions you presented for each of us to explore. Thank you Masami and Chris. Blessings."
